This purchase is for a PDF download of a simple template that gives you the exact size and spacing for the simplest box joint jig you'll ever make or use.

Can make 1/8" to 3/4" cuts (using a dado stack) for perfect fitting box joints using a table saw.

The fit of the joints can be dialed in to .001" increments for a precise fit.

DIY plans for making BLOCK JOINTS

Plans were too expensive to begin with, then the 16-18 pages were required to be shipped for an extra $4. After I studied the plans, I realized that I might finish this jig 3 mos from now. Far TOO DETAILED; must have been designed by an engineer. Found 1 online for $1. Printed 6 pages myself—it works fantastic. Threw your plans away. Wish I had my money back. John

Our Adjustable Box Joint Jig template is only $3 and is a one-page PDF that gives you all the dimensions and locations for holes and such that you need. There are no additional pages to purchase from us, nor is there anything to ship, as the PDF is a printable download.
