Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unless otherwise discussed and approved.
Returns Due to Ordering Error
If a return is requested due to ordering errorβincluding ordering the wrong size, model number, product, or not fully reviewing the product descriptionβthe return may be approved within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to help cover original shipping, handling, and processing costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Items Reported as βNot Working Correctlyβ
If you are requesting a return because you believe an item does not function correctly, we may request additional information before approving the return. This may include details about installation, compatible tools or accessories, and photos of the install.
This process allows us to troubleshoot potential issues, ensure proper installation, and gain insight into how we can improve our products and instructions. In many cases, issues can be resolved without requiring a return.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or if you believe you have received the incorrect item.
For damaged or incorrect items:

Photos of the item and packaging may be requested
If the issue is due to damage in transit or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Replacement parts may not be available for purchase on certain items but may still be provided when applicable.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please reach out to us at inspirewoodcraft@gmail.com with your order details and weβll be happy to assist.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. All notifications and updates regarding your return or refund will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at inspirewoodcraft@gmail.com.
Final Sale Items
Personalized, custom-made, digital plans, made-to-order, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly marked on the product page prior to purchase.
